End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence

Avalon Prime grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the app for DSP operational purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the app or its components.

3. Data Handling

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. DSPs may manage and delete user data according to operational requirements.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or improvements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated versions.

5. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you stop using the app or violate its terms.
