Avalon Prime – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avalon Prime mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered driver, administrator, or DSP representative to use Avalon Prime. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Avalon Prime only for lawful DSP operational purposes, including rota management, performance tracking, availability submissions, and accessing uploaded documents.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your DSP or Avalon Prime immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Uploaded Content

DSPs may upload operational documents such as PDFs. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
